swallowed an oyster

I went down to L.A. this past weekend to visit my boyfriend. We had a blast as always and I feel like our connection is continuing to grow deeper.

As a birthday surprise he took me to Catalina Island! It was such a stunning place. To see the layers of homes looking out over the ocean, to walk the narrow streets filled with tourists and locals, sitting at a quiet seafood restaurant and feeling the ocean breeze, collecting seashells to be placed in his tank back at home, kicking rocks from under our feet while just sitting down and relaxing; I couldn’t have imagined a better birthday.

We left early in the morning for the port. Watched as seals were begging for scraps of fish from a local fishery. All the way to a slight case of hung-over-sea-sickness. Every few seconds I would shift over to him and just watch him with a smile on my face.

I’m a luckybee.

i heard about this place from my friend rico (snooz3r). i’ll be posting up various photos and videos that i have created.

i love photoshop and photography. i’m attempting to get into making videos but it’s a whole new world to me. we’ll see how that goes~
